How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and provide the best prices on our high-quality gaming mats and ergonomic accessories, your order may be shipped directly from one of our international suppliers. Therefore, please allow 14–36 business days for your parcel/s to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes! If you need to track your order to see the progress of your new desk setup, simply send us a message at admin@coroleta.store and we will send you your tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item is not faulty, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 business days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like opened ergonomic wrist rests cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For full details, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
